I went through #OverHereBeingDisciplined/one of your past self-discipline challenges. How is this different?

Though my past self-discipline challenges are great introductions to get you excited and motivated about improving your self-discipline, they are just that – introductions. Because my free challenges are geared toward the general public, I only cover the basics in order to make it simple for most people to grasp. Additionally, I’m careful not to include too much instruction/advanced tactics in my free challenges as I do not know the commitment level of everyone participating. Thus, I reserve my more extensive training for those who are seriously committed to their personal development. It took me over 3 years to master my own self-discipline – surely it will take more than a simple 5 day challenge for you to master yours. In this program, you will not only get a chance to practice your self-discipline as you do during my free challenges, but you will learn the HOW. This program is designed to teach you everything that goes into becoming a self-disciplined woman, including improving your time-management, ending your procrastination and self-sabotage, and most importantly, developing a success mindset.

How do I access the program?

The audios average 15 minutes and the activities take as long as you want them to take. So if you can spare, say, 30 minutes a day (and some of that can be while you’re doing other things, like commuting to work or exercising at the gym) then there’s no reason why you can’t do this program. Furthermore, if you’re feeling maxed out and like you don’t have time, that’s all the more reason to join! Within the program, I teach time-management strategies to help you get more done with less overwhelm.
